How do I manage my subscription?

Managing your details is easy. To check which subscription you are on, to cancel your subscription, to check payments or invoices simply check your account page and click the 'Manage Subscriptions' text.

When will payment leave my account?

As a monthly subscriber, your first payment will be taken at the point of purchase. Payment will then leave your account on the 1st of each month that follows. Your subscription will then auto-renew each month without any need to resubscribe.

How do I cancel or skip my subscription?

Canceling is easy! You can log into your account, click "Cancel" and then confirm your choice. If you need a break, you also have the option to skip a kit.

What payment method do you accept?

You can purchase your Tonic Craft Kit using Visa/Credit/Apple Pay/Mastercard/American Express/PayPal and ShopPay.

Do you ship internationally?

 We currently do not ship internationally, this includes Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
