Dear Friends,

I wanted to personally reach out to share an update about our U.S. fulfillment operations and thank you for the incredible support you've shown our brands over the past few weeks.

On June 11, our Grand Rapids fulfillment campus experienced a significant electrical surge following a power outage, resulting in a fire and extensive smoke damage to our main facility. Thankfully, no one was injured, and for that we are incredibly grateful.

Since then, our teams have been working alongside restoration and recovery experts to assess the damage, protect our inventory, and determine the safest path forward. While this work is underway, we've made the difficult decision to temporarily pause fulfillment from our U.S. warehouse.

Although this has been an unexpected challenge, one thing hasn't changed—our passion for creativity and our commitment to the Tonic community.

Behind the scenes, our designers, educators, product developers, and marketing teams continue to create new products, develop inspiring projects, film tutorials, and prepare exciting things for the future. Creativity doesn't stop because fulfillment is paused—and we look forward to sharing that journey with you in the months ahead.
