How do I Get Gems?
You will receive Gems when you complete an order, create an account, sign up to our newsletter, completing your account and when you let us know when your birthday is.
Do my Gems expire?
Yes, if you do not earn any Gems for 12 months, all your Gems will expire
Will my rewards expire?
Yes, you have 180 days (roughly 6 months) after redeeming your reward to use it.
Yes, if you receive a refund in any form, you will also have the correct amount of Gems deducted from your account.
For example if you are refunded $5 you will be deducted 5 Gems
How many Gems will I receive from my orders?
Your subtotal basket will go towards your Gem Rewards. It does not include shipping or any extra taxes on top of your order.
If you use a discount code or gift card on the order your Gem total will be that final balance that you are paying.
TROUBLESHOOTING
I can't see Gems from my latest order
Gems are added to your account when the order is shipped. This allows for any modifications to the order eg. if an item is out of stock or you change your mind. Once you receive the shipping confirmation the Gems will automatically be added.
I cant find the link to sign up
There should be a blue Gem Rewards bar on the right hand side of the page, if for any reason this does not appear you can access the Gem Rewards program from the More Info section at the bottom of every page on the website.
Can I transfer my Gems to the Gem Rewards Uk Program?
No, Gem Rewards are limited to the website on which they were earned. If you placed your order on the UK website, you will receive Gems in your Gem Rewards account on the UK website, and can only redeem them for the rewards available on the UK website also. Gems and rewards purchased with Gems are non-transferrable between the two programs.
