THIS MONTH'S DESIGNER
CERYS
This month's Designers Choice Die Set comes from Tonic designer Cerys, who we sat down with to find out a little more about the creation of this set,
"I had been inspired by themes of enduring love and valentines when designing this die set. I liked the idea of using love birds and combining them with a box designed to look like a birdcage, to evoking feelings of classical romance. Its presentation, I decided, would include hearts along with sweet sentiments such as "Be Mine" so that the box could be gifted on valentines die. Including multiple different bases was an essential part of my design. I knew the importance of versatility to the community and wanted them to be able to use the box to make a variety of shapes that would wow their loved ones. Finally, a separate lid was included to increase the boxes versitility, making it a delightful option for creating gift boxes, treat boxes or beautiful LED lanterns. I really hope everyone enjoys this set as much as I enjoyed designing it! "

DARCEY
This month's Designers Choice die set comes from Tonic designer Darcey, who we sat down with to find out a little more about the creation of this set,
"I'm in love with elaborate brocade and damask style fabrics, so wanted to include those rich, repeating surface patterns in a die set which could be both beautiful and functional. The decorative circles and organic motifs, I felt brought an elegance to the panels and corners, which would be complemented with elements from nature such as the butterfly. I hope everyone enjoys this set as much as I enjoyed designing it! "
